The project aims to provide a variety of experiences in different contexts to enable MAT learners across the school to improve oracy skills and reach their potential. 

Aims and Objectives:

• Establish a digital platform for the Ysgol Y Castell podcast and share with the wider community

• Ensure that the four core purposes underline the whole project

• Provide opportunities for MAT learners to use their voice when designing, recording and editing a variety of programmes for The Castell Pod

• Provide a wide range of experiences to meet the needs of MAT learners in developing their oracy and digital competence skills in a variety of genres 

• Provide opportunities to develop leadership and ICT skills in leading the project throughout the school.
